Zwischen 1975 und 2008 war Etta James mehrfach zu Gast beim Montreux Jazz Festival. Die vorliegende CD gibt einen großartigen Überblick ihrer Auftritte in der schweizerischen Stadt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Gig aus dem Jahr 1993. Ergänzt wurden Ausschnitte aus 1975, 1977 und 1989.

Mit dem herrlich balladesken Stück „Sugar On The Floor“ schließt das Album und sorgt damit für einen wunderschönen Schlusspunkt einer Scheibe, bei der keine einzige Sekunde der Gesamtspielzeit von über vierundsiebzig Minuten überflüssig ist.
